Email enquiry privacy notice

Eric / AIelsen FDE uses your email, optional work description, page language, consent record and receipt reference to respond to this Toolkit enquiry. They are not published or added to marketing lists. Do not submit secrets, client files or other people’s personal information.

Pending notes are encrypted and kept for up to 30 days. Once the sending service accepts a notification, the website removes the contact payload. Deduplication and receipt records without plaintext contact details are retained for up to 30 days. The owner processes the email copy for this enquiry and deletes it within 30 days after the conversation ends. Website cleanup does not delete mailbox copies automatically.

Website hosting and email delivery providers process the request. Application logs contain event names, references and counts. Network addresses used for rate limiting are hashed. If a Cloudflare Turnstile widget is shown, it processes the network and browser information needed for abuse prevention. It is not loaded when verification is not configured.

To withdraw or request deletion, reply from the original email address to Eric’s enquiry response. If you have not received a reply, submit a “Deletion request” with the receipt reference and the original email through the Toolkit form. The owner verifies and removes the website record and relevant mailbox copies. No password or identity document is required.
